Mike has 15+ yrs of experience working in operations and management in the health and dental care industries. Before joining Cap City as their VP of Operations, Mike worked in regional leadership roles in the DSO space. Mike’s core background is in biology, and his professional history also includes several years of technical work in a cytogenetics laboratory. There is never a quiet moment in Mike’s personal life, as music has always been prevalent in his family. Two of his three sons are in a local rock band and are about to release their 3rd album. Mike is an avid audio and videophile and enjoys building his 4K movie collection to share with friends and family on his home theater system.
Chris is a fourth generation member of the dental industry. After graduating from Campbell University in North Carolina with degrees in Economics and Business, he went on to be a fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI). Today, he serves as Cap City Dental Laboratory’s CEO and President. He is supported by Rachel, his wife of 22 years, and their son, Conner. In his free time, Chris spends his time reading, running marathons, and spending time with family and friends. He is an active member of his community. He is a pitcrew member for the local high school marching band and volunteers with multiple local organizations that help support people who are homeless.
